How a custom abaya is made

Choose a design (or book a consultation for something new), pick your fabric colour and length — or Made to measure. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm every detail and your measurements, cut and sew your piece by hand, and fit it with you once along the way.

Delivery

Your abaya is made in 10–14 days (bridal 3–4 weeks). Then: Riyadh courier in 1–2 days, or 2–4 business days anywhere in Saudi Arabia — free over SAR 1,000. Every piece travels in our ribbon gift box with a garment bag.

Alterations & exchanges

Because each piece is made for you, we don’t take returns on made-to-measure orders — but every abaya includes free alterations within 7 days of delivery. Standard lengths can be exchanged within 7 days if unworn.

Pay in 4 with tabby

Split your order into 4 interest-free payments: the first today, the rest every month. No fees when you pay on time. You’ll see tabby at checkout when it’s available for your order.

Split in 3 with tamara

Pay in 3 monthly instalments with tamara — Sharia-compliant and with no late fees. Approval takes a few seconds on tamara’s secure page.

Cards, Apple Pay & cash

Pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay on PayTabs’ secure page — your card details never touch our website. Cash on delivery is available for a small handling fee.
